Order Cancellation Policy

At Cbox Electronics, we begin preparing your items for delivery as quickly as possible. Consequently, orders can only be cancelled within a strict 3-hour time window immediately following the placement of the order on our website, and provided that the order has not already been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping carriers.

Once this 3-hour period has elapsed, or if the order has already been dispatched from our facility, no cancellation requests can or will be accepted under any circumstances.

Furthermore, to ensure proper logging and tracking of your request, all eligible cancellations must be submitted via email only to our dedicated customer support team. Cancellation requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or any other communication channels will not be considered valid.

Refund & Purchase Policy

Cbox Electronics operates under a strict No Refund Policy across all products listed on our platform. We strongly advise and request all customers to thoroughly evaluate and review all product specifications, technical compatibility requirements, expected delivery timelines, and all related product descriptions prior to finalizing and placing an order.

Once a transaction is finalized, refunds will explicitly not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • A change of mind following the purchase

  • Delivery delays caused by our courier partners, natural disasters, or any unforeseen logistical disruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Compatibility issues that were not officially verified with us before ordering

Additionally, all special-order items or customized products are entirely final-sale. Please note that any manufacturing defects, structural failures, or warranty-related claims that arise post-delivery will not qualify for a refund, but will instead be processed and serviced in strict accordance with the respective brand's official warranty guidelines.
