Refurbished products are items that have been previously owned, returned, or used as display models. All refurbished laptops and electronics sold by CBox Electronics undergo a rigorous, multi-point technical inspection, internal cleaning, and performance testing process by our hardware team to ensure they are 100% structurally and functionally sound before being listed for sale.

However, customers must understand that refurbished products are not factory-new items. They may display minor, unavoidable signs of cosmetic wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, superficial scratches, scuffs on the outer casing, minor cosmetic blemishes, or slight keyboard wear. These purely cosmetic imperfections do not affect the internal hardware performance or overall system functionality of the machine.

Batteries are consumable components that naturally degrade over time with usage. While CBox Electronics tests every refurbished laptop battery to ensure it holds a stable, functional charge and meets our operational benchmarks, we do not guarantee that battery life or backup capacity will match the original, factory-fresh battery benchmarks specified by the original manufacturer.

Actual battery performance will vary depending on your software configurations, screen brightness, and power management habits.

Refurbished products may not ship in their original manufacturer retail boxes. Unless specified otherwise, they will be securely packed in high-quality, customized CBox Electronics protective packaging.

While all essential operational accessories (such as the compatible power adapter/charger) will be provided, secondary non-essential accessories, original user manuals, or complimentary brand software bundles originally packaged with a brand-new item may not be included.

Refurbished products are completely excluded from any standard factory or manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated otherwise by the brand. Instead, these items are backed strictly by the limited CBox Electronics warranty period specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase.

• To claim support under this limited warranty, you must log your claim via warranty@cboxelectronics.com before sending the device to our Hyderabad service address.
• This warranty exclusively covers internal hardware failures and does not cover software issues, operating system bugs, customer-induced physical drops, liquid spills, component tampering, or normal battery degradation over time.

CBox Electronics provides refurbished items "as-is" within the context of their refurbished nature. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, operational downtime, or financial loss resulting from the use or failure of a refurbished machine.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to maintain regular data backups. By finalizing your purchase, you accept the unique nature of refurbished hardware and agree to our No Refund Policy and specific Exchange Policy guidelines regarding unboxing video requirements.
