FQC Criteria
Every laptop sold by CBOX passes our 50-point Functional Quality Check (FQC). Here's exactly what we inspect before we ship to you.
What Is FQC?
FQC (Functional Quality Check) is CBOX's internal 50-point inspection protocol applied to every device before listing. The process is carried out by certified technicians and takes 2–4 hours per device.
Each check point is classified as Visual, Functional, or Performance.
Display

Grade Definitions
